Sales people are very nice. Unfortunately, due to their service department my whole family will not be returning. I have asked to speak to the owner and the service manager decided to call instead. She told me my business was no longer wanted and to not ever return.

I would first like to say I did not buy a vehicle from Mcsweeney Auto group. I had communication on a Ram Rho for a couple weeks and actually came to drive the vehicle and was seriously interested. I work out of state and very seldom come to town. I wanted to buy local though and got in contact with Big Mark under the peach. He worked with me for sometimes trying to find the right fit for my work needs. We talked back and forth about several vehicles over a month or so and finally found there perfect fit. Couldn't ask for better customer service and respect as I often changed my mind on what would fit me best but he nailed it. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience.
They listened to our needs, responded quickly and appropriately. We were replacing a vehicle we had lost in a wreck and they acted compassionately.

This dealership recently posted a Demon 170 for sale online. I got with them immediately to pay the advertised price, which was $40,000 over MSRP. The dealership then turned around and said it would be $65,000 over MSRP because they had a different offer for that amount. They called me back two days later and Told me they would sell it for $45,000 over sticker, meaning that they were obviously lying about the other offer. After completing all the paperwork, they apparently had an offer of $49,000 over sticker so they sold it out from under me.
