The 2025 RAM 1500 REV has a functional interior with plenty of space and tech features. It looks and feels upscale, especially the higher trims.

The 2025 RAM 1500 REV is outfitted with highly capable electric drive modules that combine electric motors, a gearbox, and an inverter. These electric drive modules are positioned on the front and rear axles for an all-wheel-drive capability.
Two all-electric options are available. One derives its power from a standard 168-kWh battery pack that could deliver a range of up to 350 miles. With this setup, the 2025 RAM 1500 REV delivers 654 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque. The other option gets its power from a larger 229-kWh battery pack that could deliver a range of up to 500 miles.
Both battery options support 800-volt DC fast charging, which is targeted to add up to 110 miles of range in approximately 10 minutes. Moreover, thanks to its bidirectional charging function, the electric vehicle can charge another EV or provide electric power back to the grid.
The 2025 RAM 1500 REV can tow up to 14,000 pounds and haul up to 2,625 pounds.
